 Take a stroll from the campsite along footpaths to the pretty village of Tarrant Monkton and treat yourselves to a relaxed pub lunch or take away meals at the Langton Arms.

Walk to the quaint farm shop at Rawston Farm for some Dorset ice cream and to stock up on BBQ packs from their onsite butchery.

Cycle or walk from the campsite to the old RAF Tarrant Rushton aerodrome for a 4mile circuit of traffic free enjoyment-perfect for children.

Badbury Rings the Iron Age hill Fort is 4 miles away, a perfect route for the more adventurous walkers.
