Who needs a shower when you're only camping for a few nights? Who needs a gas stove when you can toast dinner over a campfire? Well, if you're a fan of going back to the basics and camping on the wild side, then this campsite should be right up your street.

Our site is a marked pitching grass site with flexibility to choose your pitch on arrival.

Our pitches are extremely spacious at 10mx10m to allow for plenty of social distancing.

Arrival - before 8pm

On entering the main gate, please CLOSE GATE and follow the track straight ahead.

You will see the site at the end of the field. Pitches are first come first served and are clearly marked.

Please do not park in the middle of the campsite.

1 vehicle per pitch, there is no space to park extra vehicles onsite unfortunately.

FACILITIES - Toilets and drinking water only

We aim for the site to be as close to wild camping as possible.

Our facilities only include free standing toilets.

Bring your own toilet paper- we do provide it but sometimes it runs out before we can re-stock!

There are 2 drinking water taps on site.

No washing up facilities or showers are provided.

The campsite is surrounded by working farmland and woodland,so if it is deemed unsafe during dry periods for campfires to be lit we do reserve the right to forbid fires.

Please feel free to enjoy your own raised bbq and firepit.

It is paramount that these are raised off the ground to avoid scorching the site for other visitors and fire risk.

Logs are available at Rawston farm shop, less than a mile away.

Please do not forage for firewood on the Campsite or in the surrounding woodlands, these are strictly Private and you would be trespassing. They are also working woodlands and could be dangerous with working machinery.

There may sometimes be cattle in the adjoining field,so please ensure they do not bark at the cows.
